Dracula also known asThe "Shinso" or "Vampire God" is the progenitor of the entire vampire race and The first ruler of all vampires along with being founder of necropolis, having been the one to setup the traditions and laws that all vampires live by. He is the Father of Mina's Grandmother, the grandfather of Mina's Mother, Lucretia, and the Great Grandfather of Mina Țepeș.
Due to being the ancestor and first of his kind, he is the most powerful vampire in all of history, and most likely the strongest character in the whole series.
Story[]
His past and life are unknown, and all that's known is that he disappeared well over 10,000 years ago due to unknown circumstances, leaving the lordship of vampires over to his daughter.
Almost Death[]
He attacked the Bund while Mina was in China fighting the matriarch of the Li clan.
He was betrayed by his agent and stabbed with the Red Jewel, being shoved into a rocket that was launched into space. Sadly before the sun could fry him permenantly, the Red Jewel saved him by merging with the Shinso and allowed him manifest as his true form.
Following this, vampires not under Tepes, Li or Katie's control began going berserk and attacking humans. Resulting in global chaos as governments began falling and the police being turned. The only way to end the madness is to find a way to erase them from existence.
