Akira Garcia Fujisaki is a servant of the Tepes family, having served under Alphonse in espionage.
In the fifth series, he serves as a bodyguard for his friend Ruri, along with Nina, during her time setting up the music festival on the Bund.
Appearance[]
Akira is of a mixed lineage, coming from Columbian and Japanese roots. He has dark hair and skin.
His true fom is a nightmarish suit of armor, but Akira DOESN'T turn into it; instead, the armor manifests from a black mist over his body. A symbolic way of saying his heart remains unchanged even after becoming a vampire.
Personality[]
Akira is a good guy, who understands and values honest work; he respects his late grandfather, who raised him depsite the harsh labor to provide for them. He also puts others before himself. Akira will even confront others for misconduct he observed.
He loathes the vampire hierarchy for being able to force others to obey; retaining his human values, despite not being a Fangless. This has his question Alphonse, whom he worked for before the man's death. Despite this, he is close to Akira Kaburagi and loyal to Mina Tepes of his own will.

He helps Akira Kaburagi Regendorf escape the Bund after he figures out that there is an imposter Mina from Yuki.

Akira met her when both were the victims of recent vampire bites. He gave up the only vaccine to restore her humanity. They are also dating in the fifth series, even though Ruri will age and die; possibly they could have offspring, but there's been no known documentation of hybrids between humans and vampires.

- Akira appears in the main story, serving Alphonse.
- He retains his human belief in that one should follow their own will instead of the vampire blind loyalty to pure bloods
- Due to sharing the same first name as Akira Kaburagi, they were able to take advantage of Katie's specific order to "capture Akira" by drawing the crowds away from the young beowulf.
- The only negative personality trait Akira gets from his vampirism is a temporary loss of self when his temper gets the better of him. He was a good-hearted person before his change, which keeps his sanity from degrading.
