- In her first OVA, Nelly is shown to be dense enough to not know there was a hole in her dress from the attack on Mina's mansion; even when she's wearing a thong that leaves her able to free the breeze easier. When she asks Akira why he never told her (while she's fixing the skirt), he just tells her that he thought it was a weird vampire fashion thing.
- Nelly's true form is a mouse. This makes Min Mei's pet mouse become smitten with her in an OVA; resulting it trying to woo her with cheese as a gift.
- In the OVA of ASO's 47th Chapter, its shown Nelly to keep a communicator earpiece with her. But unfortunately, she has to keep it in her vagina; because of her shifting back and forth between her true form.
